FUTURE FOODS AUCKLAND LTD
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Future Foods Auckland website and purchases made from Future Foods Auckland Ltd. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
1. About us
Future Foods Auckland Ltd is an Auckland food supplier and online retailer. We are in trade. We supply products to members of the public and to schools, businesses, clubs and community organisations.
2. Website use and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content is owned by or licensed to Future Foods Auckland Ltd. You may use the website for lawful personal or organisational purchasing purposes. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce or redistribute our website content without permission, except where permitted by law.
3. Products, availability and pricing
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, availability and pricing accurate. Product packaging or appearance may change. All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Prices shown to standard general-public customers include GST. Prices shown to approved school, business and organisation trade accounts are displayed excluding GST and are clearly identified as GST exclusive. GST at the standard New Zealand rate is added to trade-account orders and shown in the order total. Products may be offered individually, by pack or carton, or in more than one purchasing format. Stock is subject to availability and we may contact you if an ordered product becomes unavailable.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order does not require us to accept it. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment cannot be completed, delivery cannot reasonably be made, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Public customers may be offered online payment and, where available, payment on pickup. Approved school and business account customers may also be offered Charge to Account. Payment options can vary by customer or order.
6. School and business accounts
Account approval is at Future Foods Auckland Ltd’s discretion. Approved school accounts may access 14-day invoice terms from approval. New businesses or organisations without established trade or payment references may be required to Pay Now for their first few orders while a payment history is established, after which their account may be reviewed for 14-day invoice terms.
Where 14-day terms are approved, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless we agree otherwise in writing. Customers are responsible for ensuring billing, purchase order and accounts-payable details supplied to us are accurate and kept up to date. If any invoice becomes overdue, Future Foods Auckland Ltd may place the trade account on hold and suspend further purchases on account until all overdue payments have been received and cleared. We may also change available payment options where account conditions are not met.
7. Auckland delivery and pickup
Delivery is currently available within Auckland only and is subject to our delivery areas, schedules and any conditions displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be offered for qualifying orders over the threshold displayed on the website. Pickup is available where offered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and suitable access or delivery instructions.
8. Chilled and frozen products
Some products require chilled or frozen handling. Customers should arrange prompt receipt or collection and appropriate storage after delivery or pickup. Please contact us promptly if you believe temperature-sensitive goods have arrived in an unsuitable condition.
9. Returns, refunds and problems with an order
If an item is incorrect, damaged, faulty or otherwise not as expected, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required. Perishable or temperature-sensitive products generally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind, but this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable New Zealand law.
10. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand consumer law. Different legal rules may apply to qualifying business-to-business transactions where the law permits parties to contract out and this has been validly agreed in writing.
11. Website availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Foods Auckland Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website interruption or matters outside our reasonable control. This clause does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Links and third-party services
Our website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment or map services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts and tribunals of New Zealand that have jurisdiction.
